About The Opportunity
As a Service Co-Ordinator , you’ll manage and maintain after-sales service and support while coordinating field operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and scheduling service, warranty, and installation jobs
- Liaising with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Accurately processing sales orders and customer payments
- Handling incoming service and warranty calls/emails
- Managing and updating the daily service schedule
- Entering service data and preparing job quotes
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Knowledge of automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)
- Familiarity with Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (advantageous)
