Admin & HR - Alice Springs, NTJoin a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.Full Time Permanent Contract$104,539 to $125,092 per annumTotal effective package $128,394 - $153,408 Aboriginal Identified PositionGrow your career using diverse and challenging skillsAbout the roleReporting to the Senior Manager People and Workplace Culture, this role will coordinate, design and facilitate the professional development and training of all Congress staff, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and development of Aboriginal staff.
