Your Role
We’re looking for multiple sales and service consultants to join our dynamic and engaging sales team, in Naarm (Melbourne CBD).
In this inbound call-centre role you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing business and farm customers and will be focused on converting enquiries into sales outcomes. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leader and a collaborative team, all working together to help you succeed and meet your targets.
You’ll be flexible to work the following hours: Naarm (Melbourne) between the hours of 9.30am – 6pm (7.5 hour shift), Monday to Friday with some public holidays.
Starting on Monday 25 August 2025 commencing with a comprehensive, 7-week induction (fully paid). Training will be 8.30am - 4.30pm after this time, there are opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements including part-time. These are permanent positions with a flexible hybrid working approach at home and in the office,



with the expectation of 1 day in the office per week once you are fully trained in the role.
About You

- You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Tech savvy and open to learning new systems
- Strong resilience and the ability to problem solve
- Experience achieving results, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs

This role is a designated role and only available to a person that identifies as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander.
