This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer, located in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Preparing compliance reports
- Train and educate staff on compliance issues, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and inquiries.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance compliance within the organisation.

Qualifications





- Compliance management and regulatory compliance skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in finance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Manager) are a plus
