Administration & Customer Service Officer

Kingfield Galvanising, a leader in high-quality steel protection solutions, is looking for a dynamic Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our friendly and fast-paced team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring smooth communication and seamless administrative support across our operations. About the Role

You will be a crucial part of the customer service team providing support in:





- Responding to incoming phone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate updates and information to customers regarding their orders
- Proactively following up on customer queries to ensure prompt resolution
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing orders, and managing documentation
- Supporting the Transport Coordinator by directing enquiries and facilitating communication
- Preparing reports to monitor and assess customer satisfaction
- This is a full-time position / 38 hours per week, Mon – Fri / 9am-5pm
