**What's the role all about**
The BSO plays a crucial role in supporting the South Melbourne Market team to deliver an exceptional experience to our traders, shoppers and local community and will provide administrative support to the team in a diverse range of areas including marketing and events, business management, retail development, and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated customer service and administration professional in an interesting and varied role at one of Melbourne's iconic destinations.
1 x full-time permanent opportunity.
**What you will do**
- Oversee the key daily functions of the Market Office
- Be the face of the Market's Information Desk, providing assistance to shoppers, traders and contractors.
- Provide administrative and business support to the South Melbourne Market team and Committee
**Who we are looking for**
- A diploma or higher in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working in a face-to-face customer service role.
- Experience in business and office administration at a senior level.
