Our client provides Concrete Placement and Plumbing Specialists, for the high rise development civil sectors and residential sector.

Be part of a leading construction contractor team, who works closely with established and successful, Tier 1 Builders to deliver exceptional and quality works.

Due to rapid growth throughout the business, our client is searching for an experienced Leading Hand to guide and manage a team of construction professionals. With the head office based in the Parramatta region, this role is offering a generous salary package, including a car allowance.

Reporting to the Project Manager,



you will also lead a team of subcontractors and work on multiple sites from start to finish across the Sydney Metro. Work on an array of projects ranged between $300k - 2M. We need a passionate individual who has extensive experience in delivering commercial and residential projects and someone who has strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing and delegating a team across multiple sites
- Liaising with various stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, suppliers etc.
- Ensuring a tidy and safe site, at all times
- Ensure projects are meeting deadlines and are in line with budgets
- 'Get your hands dirty' and help team if required
- Be across all compliance and legal regulations
- Organise team meetings etc. inductions and toolbox meetings
- Maintain communication between all parties
- Ensure staff are adhering to KPIs, conduct performance reviews when needed

**To be considered for this Leading Hand role**:

- Previous experience as a leading hand/site supervisor (preferably from concreting)




- Concreting experience
- Certificate in Building and Construction or similar
- Experience in interpreting working drawings
- Great leadership and communication skills
- White construction card and drivers license
