This is a remote position. To help our teams work together, this role requires you to be located in Australia.
As a Program Manager, People Operations, you are a go-to person within the Operational Excellence and Delivery team, educating and collaborating with our various team members, partners, SMEs and managers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Be a strategic partner to the Portfolio Lead to help them scale and maximize their impact across the business
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the People & Program Management team
- Support People Ops operating rhythms, with an eye toward process improvement and efficiencies
- Be a culture champion and provide extra eyes and ears to surface and bring back insights, risks, and opportunities
- Run medium to large-scale projects independently
- Lead multiple HR projects that include transition of services, process improvements, transformation & automation, new program design, etc.
- Define project scope, success criteria, role & responsibilities and connect with the team throughout the project life cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with all partners - HR Partners, Service Teams, and other business partners to drive projects & initiatives.
- Independently handle HR projects creating scalable processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies and reporting the project status to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Proactively handle and communicate ongoing changes in the project scope.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 to 14 years of experience managing HR Projects
- Must have previous experience in program management and strategic operations role
- Operates independently with limited guidance in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Creates structure and rigor to bring order to chaos, leaves room for learning loops and builds flexibility into the system
- Prior experience in managing large-scale workforce change projects & programs
- Excellent time management, intentional prioritization, ability to maintain and curate a backlog
- Delivery-focused approach with the aim of solving problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with different stakeholder groups, with minimum supervisory intervention.
- Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a varied audience.
- Proactive and does not need to be asked to execute certain tasks, understands the problem at hand and what needs to be done, and can autonomously take the right action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR operational design is preferred.
- Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
