**Position Title**:Mental Health Lead Clinician
**Classification**:Registered Nurse**NP81-74, Social Worker YC42-45, Occupational Therapist YB20-23
**Salary per fortnight (exc. super)**:$3,385.80 - $4,311.20
**Hours per fortnight**: up to 80 hours (includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
**Employment Status**:Ongoing Full Time and Part Time hours available

**Other Requirements**: 2025 Flu Vaccination

An exciting opportunity to work in a case-management role providing longer term community based mental health treatment and support:

- Join an exciting **face-to-face** case management role delivering long-term community mental health support.
- Bendigo Adult Community Mental Health Team (BACMHT) and is based at the John Bomford Centre.
- Flexible **full-time** or **part-time** positions available to suit your lifestyle
- Work alongside experienced Managers and Consultant Psychiatrists within a supportive team environment
- Conduct comprehensive mental, social, and physical assessments for individuals and their families
- Coordinate care, provide clinical treatment, and deliver essential support services
- Lead the development and monitoring of personalised Recovery Plans
- Carry out thorough risk assessments to ensure client safety
- Collaborate closely with community services and partners to enhance care outcomes
- Enjoy a standard **Monday to Friday** work schedule, **8:30 AM - 5:00 PM**, with an 80-hour Accrued Day Off (ADO)
