We are currently looking for a:
Raging Waters Sydney - Business Development Executive
About the role:
The Business Development Executive at Raging Waters Sydney will proactively generate and execute group sales including park buy out days whilst achieving excellent client and park experience for our guests.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and execute group booking enquiries and end to end management of the booking which includes liaising with customer, entering data and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders- Manage the Groups Assistant to maximise the business opportunities and efficiency within group sales- Provide assistance to the Content Coordinator including but not limited to updating website, assisting with digital media,
development of e-commerce products and park signage- Develop a tactical approach to ensure the acquisition of major group opportunities as buy out days or during general operating days- Develop and drive relationships with new and existing group/ buy out clients- Develop and execute strategic plan for identifying major accounts and group/ buy out clients- Manage database and leads, ensuring they are kept up to date- Assist and represent the sales & marketing team on park operating days including weekends, out of hours events and as a point of contact for bookings and events- Build strong working relationships within the team and with other departments- To carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director, Content Coordinator or member of the Management Team.

Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director- Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.

**Experience**:
- Experience in using CRM software, preferably salesforce- Experience with ticketing point of sale systems and e-commerce- Experience in administration
