This retail organisation is a well-established company known for delivering quality products and services. They are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Job Description

- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors using ERP software.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment queries or issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Continuously review and improve accounts payable processes.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Payable Officer Should Have

- Proficiency in large ERP or other accounting software.
- A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
