Chambers Recruiting Group is looking for a full-time Administration officer for one of our clients located in Newcastle. The position will be full-time hours, with duties including liaising with clients and tradies, answering phones, data entering, handling quotes, general accounting work and other admin duties. The position will be long term for the right person.
**Ideally, you will meet the following requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration/PA type positions
- Able to communicate professionally to customers, clients, employer and external stakeholders
- Experience or confidence with data entry
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A good track record within employment, high-school education,
and other supplementary qualifications will go a long way
- Strong Maths Skills
- Experience working in a small business office
