What You'll BringA Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Essential)Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Check), First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis trainingProven experience as a Centre Director or Manager, confidently handling day-to-day operationsA strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and all relevant regulations and legislationExcellent people leadership skills — confident mentoring, guiding and developing your teamProficiency with QikKids, QK Kiosk, CCS, ISS and other digital management platformsA commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and empowering your educatorsA passion for building strong family and community connectionsFoster strong, respectful partnerships with families,
