About The Opportunity As a Service Co-Ordinator,



you'll manage and maintain after-sales service and support while coordinating field operations.Key Responsibilities Include:Planning and scheduling service, warranty, and installation jobsLiaising with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teamsAccurately processing sales orders and customer paymentsHandling incoming service and warranty calls/emailsManaging and updating the daily service scheduleEntering service data and preparing job quotes About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You'll need:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlinesStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systemsKnowledge of automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)Familiarity with Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (advantageous) What's In It For You?
