Our client is looking for an experienced Process Co-ordinator
Incident processes to work for a large consultancy in Canberra and work from home.

Skills and experience:
Process Co-ordinator background
Experience driving the diagnosis of faults and defects and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing ICT problems
Experience initiating actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors/faults in the ICT infrastructure




Leading and facilitating investigations into high impact faults
Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Experience in Post Change Review process
Experience with various Service Design, Transition and Operation processes
NV1 Security Clearance required
