The Role
We are on the lookout for an energetic and autonomous Assistant Store Manager to join our Castle Hill team. We're searching for a person with a can-do attitude who loves clothing and the chase of a sale, has a passion for developing a team,
and most importantly is able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our Customers.
Working in partnership with the Store Manager, this role leads and drives a team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store.
A bit about You
Your role is to be a "people focused"Assistant Store Manager to lead and drive the team to deliver outstanding results, and exceed sales goals and profit for your store.
To succeed in this role you must be a leader who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower your team.
You will be able to demonstrate taking responsibility for inspiring a team to create a real sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
You will have experience in managing a team in a retail or customer service setting and will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.
You will be able to demonstrate your commercial acumen in driving sales, reducing costs and delivering profit, with a well-planned and organised approach.
You are adaptive and resourceful in executing visual merchandising solutions that produce results.
You will enjoy making the working environment fun and ensuring team members are engaged.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
