An exciting opportunity exists for a **Manager, Client Support and Housing Services** on a **ongoing** basis in the **Client Support and Housing Services, Southern Melbourne Area, South Division unit.**
The unit comprises the following teams. Complex needs team responsible for the management of complex clients and providing support for service providers,
clinicians and clients seeking general information about complex needs service responses and interventions. Front End Reception which gives the first impression of the organisation. They provide a front-end interface for the delivery of client-focused services and assist clients and the wider community to access DFFH services. Front End Reception functions include managing the telephone system and front reception counters. Housing team, which manages longer-term public housing, providing tenancy and property management with a priority on sustaining tenancies, incorporating early intervention strategies and additional support to tenancies identified as being at risk. The team is also responsible for quality client service delivery at the front end of public housing services by providing services to clients seeking housing assistance.
The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Client Support and Housing Services Team. The role focuses on leading the delivery of agreed work plans, in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and staff. This role is responsible for meeting organisational objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and clients' needs

Other mandatory qualifications or requirements for this opportunity include:
- A full driver's licence is required due to the need to travel across the division to meet with staff at the various locations and to attend meetings.
- A tertiary qualification in relevant field is desirable.
