**The Role**
Operations Managers support the Store Manager and enable their team to create great experiences for our customer and drive business outcomes for your store.
- Identifying operational opportunities and making commercial decisions that improve the customer experience and store results
- Managing hours, resources and wages to achieve operational efficiencies
- Planning and communicating targets to motivate the team to achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss prevention standards
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
