We are on the lookout for an **Office Administrator** to join our team. This is an integral role to our team to ensure the daily operations for the Melbourne offices are run efficiently and supports in creating a enjoyable work environment. This role also provides centralised administrative support to other UNIFIED offices around the world.
**What does a day in the life look like for an Office Administrator at UNIFIED Music Group?**
- Welcome and greet clients, artists, team members, and visitors.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Reception Manual duties.
- Assist with team travel arrangements for senior team members.
- Provide administrative assistance for senior team projects.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
- Assist in managing office support infrastructure and maintenance.
- Support company events and activity planning.
- Offer ongoing support to the People & Culture team with internal communications, events, and documentation.
- Administration of Social Media, Training & Development calendars.
- Undertake other designated tasks as required.
- Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritising responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling various tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools,
such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
