As a Retailer Onboarding Specialist, you will support the national roll-out of the IGA Rewards and IGA Shopper Online program, engaging directly with IGA retailers, Point of Sale System vendors, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and IGA customers.
This role will be responsible for managing retailer program onboarding, retailer account management,
and for providing support to the Retailer Onboarding & Success Manager on varied business development projects. Key areas of focus to deliver role objectives include the end-to-end onboarding and support of retailers and building and maintaining positive working relationships with retailers.
**What you'll do**
- Account Manage IGA retailers nationally. Support multiple accounts with the launch of Digital Channels programs by onboarding and providing post-launch support.
- Collect, collate, and manage retailer account details, contact relevant store-specific information and data integrity related to IGA Rewards in a cloud-based CRM database.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a retailer training program. Engage retailers to ensure team members comprehend and understand key learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with state operations teams, retailers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor progress against milestones, project plans and program-roll out for reporting back to management and internal stakeholders.
- Provide support to the wider Digital Channels Team from time to time with program developments and engagement with Metcash IT, Metcash Retail Technology, and external POS Vendor stakeholders.
