**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and passionate **Customer Strategy Analyst**, to join our high performing team and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
The Customer Strategy Analyst will assist the Customer Strategy Lead and other members of the Blackwoods Team to interrogate, analyse and present data to assist the functions in achieving their corporate plan targets,
and communicate project information to the relevant parties.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Building financial and operational models to support decision-making, including project valuation (NPV, IRR and ROC)
- Develop effective reporting and tools through PowerBI and DAX to draw key insights
- Support functions in understanding how they utilise data to enhance commercial outcomes
- Influence Customers and Blackwoods to make commercial decisions through clear communication and option analysis
- Provide commercial leadership across Blackwoods through formal and informal guidance and training
To be successful, you will have:
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen
- Innovative and be able to take bold risks to improve profitability
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Energetic and results oriented
- Team player and able to work effectively with different stakeholders
