Our client is looking for an experienced **Process Co-ordinator
- Incident** **processes** to work for a large consultancy in Canberra and work from home.
**Skills and experience**:
- Process Co-ordinator background
- Experience driving the diagnosis of faults and defects and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing ICT problems
- Experience initiating actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors/faults in the ICT infrastructure
- Leading and facilitating investigations into high impact faults
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience in Post Change Review process
- Experience with various Service Design, Transition and Operation processes
- NV1 Security Clearance required
