We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 123-place Bondi Junction service . As the Nominated Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

About the role:

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.





Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision.You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

About you:

- ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Working with Children Check
