You will be an experienced workforce planner with the ability to deliver all resourcing requirements across the Justice & Immigration (J&I;) business within Serco. You will have experience in strategic workforce modelling, resource planning and management, providing detailed analysis of resourcing issues and data reporting. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication. You are organised with an administration focus. **About the Role**
Reporting to the National Operations Resourcing Manager, the key purpose of this role is to work with key stakeholders across the Immigration business and to be the key contact for coordination of International removals, domestic transfers and charters.
You will also establish and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and undertake key business activities such as; planning,
coordinating movements of unlawful non-citizens and property/cargo, coordinate staff to attend training, preparation of reports including graphs and templates of new policies, review operational documentation in preparation for approvals within agreed timeframes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Tertiary Studies in a Business Administration, Finance, Human resources or equivalent experience within a medium to large company.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting systems & Microsoft suite.
- Operational experience within a workforce planning position supporting small to medium business.
- Demonstrated workforce planning experience with proven examples in stakeholder management and implementing strategy to improve resourcing across a business.
- Demonstrated analytical,
planning and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with reporting teams to collaborate and drive business improvement.
- Ability to ensure financially responsible outcomes are achieved for the business.
This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
