**Horticulture Team Member - Port Phillip**

Depot Location - Wirraway Drive, Port Melbourne

Citywide is recruiting for a **Horticulture Team Member** to work on the maintenance of parks and gardens within our Port Phillip contract.
- Initially a **Casual **role with full-time hours - possibility of becoming permanent
- **Monday to Friday** (with weekend overtime available - dependent on the volume of work)
- Attractive working hours - **7 am to 3.06 pm**

**Duties of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Plant selection




- General garden bed maintenance
- Mulching
- Formative Pruning
- Weeding
- Watering and irrigation maintenance
- Operate and maintain various horticultural machinery

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar gardening/soft landscaping role
- Cert III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture
- Excellent work ethic with ability to show initiative
- Working with Children Card
- Police Check

**Desirable Skills**:

- MR Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Traffic Management experience
- Chemical Certificate
