This role offers an immediate start and will play a key leadership role in a high-performing delivery team focused on CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Key DetailsInitial 6-month contract with potential for extensionHybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the Melbourne CBD officeWednesday and Thursday are mandatory in-office anchor daysAbout the RoleThe Lead Business Analyst will lead end-to-end business analysis across digital initiatives,
managing a team of BAs and working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
You will drive the analysis effort across projects and ensure alignment with business goals and technical outcomes.Essential Skills and Experience10+ years as a Senior BA and 2-3 years in a Lead BA roleProven leadership of BA teams within large digital transformation programsExpertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integrationExperience facilitating workshops, documenting business requirements, and managing traceabilityHigh-level stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong documentation and reporting capability, including BA metricsProficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, JIRA, and SharePointCBAP or equivalent certificationExperience with BPMN 2.0Previous work in a government or regulatory settingPlease apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
