About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and organised HSE Co-Ordinator to join our high-performing team in a Perth-based corporate role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage competing deadlines, and is confident working both independently and in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a system-focused role supporting both our labour hire and developing plant hire operations. You’ll manage WHS and compliance frameworks, lead return-to-work and early intervention initiatives and liaise with host employers to uphold shared safety standards. While largely office-based, you’ll occasionally visit workshops and client sites.

Essential Experience & Attributes
- 3+ years in a HSE, RTW, or compliance coordination role in mining, construction, or labour hire
- Experience with RTW coordination and early intervention case management
- Ability to interpret medical documentation and make sound fitness-for-work decisions
- Familiarity with WHS systems and legislation (WHS Act, Mines Safety Act)
- Experience handling incidents from notification to investigation and reporting
- High attention to detail and confident communication (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy – confident with MS Office and adaptable to safety platforms
Desirable Skills
- ICAM or equivalent incident investigation certification
- Exposure to ISO 45001-aligned safety systems
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
- Experience facilitating internal inductions or audits
- Passion for continuous improvement and compliance excellence
