A Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst is required to join a large NFP organization based 10 mins East of Melbourne CBD. You will join the IT team and will be responsible for managing customer requests, including incidents and requests.
Multiple opportunities, based on site from Richmond or Werribee. (6 roles available)
You must have:
Exceptional Communication skills
Delivering services with defined service levels
Supporting non-technical users remotely
You will have experience in the following areas and be required to provide 1st-level and 2nd-level support:
MS Office Suite
MS Exchange / Outlook / Netmeeting
MS Windows XP OS
Office 365
PC Technology
ServiceNow Ticketing
LAN / WAN technologies
ITIL Methodology
