(Senior HRBPs) work closely with business areas to drive key people
strategies that contribute to organisational performance, including
engagement, change, culture, and talent initiatives.
The role
strengthens partnerships across the organisation and applies
business insight to address workforce challenges.
As a Senior
HRBP you will lead HR projects, apply data and analysis to inform
decisions, and drive continuous improvement through innovation.
Coaching managers and delivering flexible, high-impact HR solutions
are central to achieving strong operational outcomes.
About
you: To succeed, you'll be a qualified HR
professional with proven experience in business partnering across
complex organisations.
With strong knowledge in performance,
change, compliance, and employment legislation, you understand how
to support a high-performing, values-driven workforce.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with
the ability to coach others and build trusted relationships across
all levels of the organisation.
You'll be self-motivated,
adaptable,
and able to manage competing demands while delivering
