Position Details:

About The Role:
In this role, you will join our Gilmore Ward, a surgical orthopaedic ward. This role is suited to an experienced Nurse with management aspirations or experience to step into a leadership role. You will assist the Nurse Unit Manager with human and equipment resource management.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum five (5) years’ acute nursing experience
- Orthopaedics experience
- Clinical leadership experience or postgraduate specialty qualifications are highly regarded
- Current clinical experience in acute medical services
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Remuneration:
Base hourly rate ranges from $55.92 to $57.76 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager Year 1-2)
