Read more here: is next, and why is this role required? Now, we're optimising a critical internal system, which will be built on a low code Platform as a Service (PaaS) which centres around making life easier for our lawyers.
We're looking for a Digital Enablement Project Manager to join us on an initial 12 month contract to lead the delivery of this high profile project from start to finish encompassing planning, executing and closing all aspects of the project, ensuring on-time delivery with high-quality outcomes and overseeing implementation of solutions that leverage advancements such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main game Work on a detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.Lead the execution of all project management processes, ensuring deliverables meet requirements, timelines,



and quality standards.Manage project scope, identifying and controlling changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives.Be a key role in coordinating and managing cross-functional teams and work streams to ensure efficient project delivery.Monitor and report on project progress regularly, providing clear status updates to stakeholders at all levels.Identify, log, and proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingency strategies.Work closely with change managers to execute implementation plans that ensure successful system adoption post-deployment.Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing,



and implementation activities.Manage the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned for future projects.What you bring A seasoned project management professional with at least 5 years of experience delivering technology implementation projects.Technical knowledge and experience working with Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies such as Appian, Mendix or Microsoft Power Platform—is highly regarded.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology implementation projects on time, within budget, and to specification.Strong experience in project scheduling, resource planning and DeliveryDemonstrated ability to manage project dependencies, constraints, and risks effectively.Experience in ensuring successful system adoption post-implementation and working with change management teams.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile approaches.Experience in project governance and stakeholder reporting.Exceptional planning,



organisational, and time management skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams across the organisation.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations, manage expectations, and build consensus.Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and collaboration platforms.Experience in legal technology implementations would be advantageous.Why Join Wotton Kearney?
