The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of retail experience projects, including print, digital, physical store fit-outs, small builds merchandising, ensuring all work is aligned with the direction of our client.
You will manage and coordinate the delivery of client briefs, through creative development to client presentation within the retail and experiential space.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage development and execution of campaign plans, timelines and project plans
- Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients, new clients and key partners Work with the Senior Account Director across client briefs through the creative process and managing client feedback
- Coordinate projects with local and offshore vendors and internal resources to guarantee on-time and cost- effective delivery of outputs
- Liaise with project management team and assist in reporting and POD collation for nationwide execution
- Compile creative work into agency template for client presentations
- Manage the process of compiling creative work to ensure work is inspirational, consistent and exceeds client’s expectations
About You
- 2-4+ years’ experience within retail and experiential
- Must have demonstrated experience within an agency environment
- Able to manage project resources and key stakeholders
- Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Highly organised
- An active listener
