You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our care is not only safe and high quality — but also continuously improving to set new benchmarks across the sector.About the RoleReporting to the CEO and working closely with site and group leadership teams, this role will oversee the implementation and ongoing delivery of Sana Health's Clinical Governance Framework across our hospitals and residences.
You'll lead initiatives to ensure:Compliance with NSQHS standards,A strong culture of safety and accountability,Data-driven quality improvement, andClinical risk management and oversight across the Group.You'll work with a passionate and multidisciplinary team to build robust systems, support accreditation readiness, and shape the future of care in one of Australia's most impactful health organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement standardised group-wide clinical governance policies and proceduresLead the rollout of key clinical systems: incident reporting, risk registers, audits, continuous improvement frameworks, complaints processes, and moreSupport sites in preparation for NSQHS accreditationDevelop and manage clinical governance KPIs and scorecardsProvide leadership on clinical risk and quality reviewsAttend and contribute to clinical governance committees at group and site levelWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Qualifications:Minimum 7 years in a senior clinical governance or quality improvement roleBachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Allied Health or similarPostgraduate qualification in health administration, public health or similar (desirable)Extensive experience in mental health and/or addiction care, hospitals or aged care settingsSkills:Deep knowledge of NSQHS standards and accreditation processesExpertise in clinical risk management and auditExcellent leadership, coaching and communication abilitiesStrong stakeholder engagement and organisational skillsWhy Join Sana?Work with a bold, mission-driven team reshaping mental health and addiction care in AustraliaBe part of a growing organisation backed by leading clinical, operational, and business mindsInfluence system-wide improvements and drive meaningful changeCompetitive salary, collaborative culture, and national career growth opportunities.Who We AreWe are Sana Health Group.
