management reporting and business partnering for a diverse portfolio of Alternative Property Assets.Responsibilities include:Responsibility for the integrity and delivery of month end financial results across the Property portfolio.Prepare monthly property accruals and reforecasts.Coordination of budget and forecast processes and related reporting.Preparation of variance analysis commentary for management reporting.Identify and drive process improvement across month end reporting and systems.Accounts payable and receivable across the property portfolioProvide financial support to Property Management team members.The Successful CandidateTo be successful in the role, you'll have the following skills/experience:Strong Property Accounting, forecasting, budgeting and taxation experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong systems and Excel skillsProperty Accounting experience is essential.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Finance, and AnalystIndustriesReal Estate, Accounting,
