Lead a Landmark Commercial Project in Glen Waverley

Valeo Construction Group is an established, dynamic and trusted commercial builder known for delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting commercial apartment development located in Glen Waverley.

This is a full base-build project, requiring end-to-end management from site establishment through to completion. You’ll play a key role in driving the build forward, managing subcontractors,



and ensuring quality and safety remain front and centre.

Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Monitor construction timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Implement and maintain high safety standards (OH&S; compliance)
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
- Report to the Project Manager and liaise with stakeholders as required

Skills And Experiences

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience managing commercial base builds (start to finish)
- Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills
- Solid construction knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and site coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction documentation
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications, trade or degree qualified
