Floor Supervisor - Supervisory experience essential, however Ninja Warrior training will be given.
We are after a supervisor for our Ninja Warrior program. You must have strong supervisory skills, be extremely reliable and highly professional, however, please note, full ninja warrior training will be given. We are more focused on hiring someone with right supervisory experience.
Your duties will be first and foremost, ensuring that all ninja warrior coaches are delivering our specially designed programs with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will conduct a 30min daily training session for your coaches before classes begin and then supervise that the training is being implemented during the class.
The aim of the supervisor is to maintain the high standards of our program and not have coaches become complacent.
The hours will be 2:30pm-6pm Monday
Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays (Saturdays can be negotiable).
We would like someone to commit to this role for at least a year.
Must have a current WWCC, speak strong English, is an Australian citizen OR has a visa which permits you to work with the same employer for at least 1 year.
