BASScare is a leading aged care provider committed to supporting seniors and their families by providing a wide range of services, including residential care, community care, respite, and dementia-specific services. We pride ourselves on creating a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

We are currently seeking a **Client Liaison Officer** to join our team and be the welcoming 'front-of-house' at our Community Centre. This role is key in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience while accessing BASScare's services.

**Job Role**

In this role, you will:

- Welcome clients and visitors,



offering information and promoting BASScare services.
- Oversee site building responsibilities, including security, cleaning, and key management.
- Provide hospitality services, including serving food, tea, and coffee, while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining record management systems.
- Handle client payments and complete banking duties.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with writing, producing, and proofreading marketing materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance BASScare services.

**About You**

You are someone who:

- Has experience in reception or administration.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, staff, and volunteers.
- Is empathetic, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Has a collaborative approach and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing needs.




- Holds a current First Aid and CPR certification and a valid Police Check.
- Holds a valid driver's license.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a health, aged care, or not-for-profit environment.

**Salary and Hours**
- $27 - $30 per hour + super + salary packaging
- Part-time position, 45 hours per fortnight

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in reception or administration.
- Current Police Check (or willing to obtain).
