The Opportunity The Sydney office, located in the heart of CBD, close to Town Hall Station, and home to 200+ staff and 25 partners,
Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to help lead the Private Clients, Accounting & Tax team.
Working closely with the Partners, you will play a key role in managing a high-performing team and servicing a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth families.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of private clients, overseeing accounting and tax compliance engagements.Deliver tailored financial and management reports to high-net-worth individuals and family groups.Manage & support a team of accountants, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.Oversee work progress against KPIs such as financial targets and ATO lodgements.Maintain high technical standards while balancing multiple concurrent assignments.Drive quality client service through proactive communication and issue resolution.About You You'll bring a collaborative and confident approach to client service, and ideally have:CA or CPA qualification and a relevant degree.7+ years experience in a practice firm,
