What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting our financial planning professionals with day-to-day client service needsPreparing and completing implementation forms for recommended adviceAssisting in the management of compliance obligationsMaintaining accurate financial data using dedicated financial planning softwareLiaising with financial providers to obtain relevant informationManaging ongoing communication with prospective and existing clientsBuilding and nurturing strong client relationshipsProviding general administrative support to the team





What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a client services role, ideally within financial servicesExcellent self-discipline and workflow management skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a setting with regular process changesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA team player with a professional presentation and a warm, empathetic approach to client needs
