Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative social media strategies and content plans that integrate within larger campaign objectives.Create social briefs that inspire creatives to develop outstanding social ideas.Become a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on social best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, and integrate them into strategy development.
Requirements
Previous experience in social strategy development, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.3-5 years of experience working across social, brand, and PR.Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), their features, and audience dynamics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate complex ideas effectively.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
