Part-time gives you a regular roster with the option to pick up extra shifts, often equalling full-time hours. About The Role

We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.

Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:

Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routinesWorking in participants' homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needsAdministering medication and following detailed health support plansImplementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniquesProviding meaningful,



person-centred care to NDIS participantsCollaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families

About You

We're looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

Minimum 6–12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fieldsCertificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)Bachelor's in Nursing is highly desirableStrong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary settingExperience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
