Express Plumbing Supplies is part of a leading independent Plumbing group which specialises in supply to the Plumbing Industry. The business has been established for over 14 years and in that time has established itself as a strong service leader to the local customer base. Express is looking to expand on the service offer and welcome applicants with the right attitude and a teamwork ethic to join the team. Express is a privately locally owned business with a network of 4 stores across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Express Plumbing Supplies is jointly owned by 2 larger family owned businesses with over 160 years of heritage across the plumbing and hardware markets.
Express is expanding and in the near future a no. of branches will be added to the network where we will be able to offer an even greater footprint to the plumbing industry. The future expansion offers a great opportunity for our staff and future employees to be part of an exciting period of growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an individual preferably with a plumbing background and a strong customer service focus who enjoys a busy environment and is keen to be part of a growing business. In this role you would be working closely with customers to provide exceptional service and be part of a small team which thrives on seeing results.
As part of a growth phase the business is looking for the following qualities:
Plumbing Industry experience desirable
Basic Computer Skills
Car Licence – Manual
Ability to deal with a busy sales environment
Enjoys a team environment and looks forward to being part of a future opportunity
The role would include the following areas although not restricted to:
Customer Inquiries, Counter Sales, Quoting
Order management
