**In this role, you'll**:
Collaborate with the Cyber Defence Portfolio - Testing Stream to optimize the overall testing process and support test planning by developing Test Objective Matrices and Functional Decomposition diagrams.
You will review design documentation, engage with business representatives, and coordinate with project teams to prepare Test Objective Matrices, test scripts, test cases, and test data for system and system integration testing as needed.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Summary Report.
Actively participate in reviews and group discussions to identify opportunities for testing improvements.

**About you**
- Proven business analysis expertise, including in-depth analysis and understanding of functional requirements and business process documentation, along with the ability to track functional and process changes effectively.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes,
with hands-on experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in a scaled agile environment
- Extensive experience in test case development, execution, and using test management toolsets, including modules for requirements, test plans, test labs, and defect management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments, consistently meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience and relevant training.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility, build trust, and engage with key stakeholders effectively.
- 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, with approx 2 years as a Test Analyst.
- Experience in testing cyber solutions is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
