**Procurement Support Officer, Clerk Grade 3/4**

- Location: based in Wollongong, NSW SES State Headquarters

**About the opportunity**

This role offers the opportunity to develop and refine your organisational and administrative skills while contributing to the efficiency of procurement processes. You will build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and the dynamic work environment allows you to tackle various tasks, enhance your problem-solving abilities,



and make a tangible impact on the team's success.

The role is crucial for supporting the agency’s procurement team in delivering on organisational goals, processing high volumes of requests and working with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues. This position ensures smooth procurement operations by providing administrative support, processing orders, and maintaining supplier relationships, vital to achieving cost-effective outcomes.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Possess strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to follow instructions and demonstrate basic proficiency in Excel
- Show a willingness to learn quickly, with experience in SAP considered an advantage
- Be skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Attractive salary range of $82,193.00 to $90,001.00 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading
