**About the Opportunity**
Are you passionate about automation, process optimization,
and cutting-edge technology? Join our team as an **Warehouse Automation Specialist**, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our Automated Material Handling Systems across multiple sites.
**In this Role**
- Identify and Implement process improvements, manage automation projects, and support new system deployments.
- Drive improvement opportunities to existing and new automation systems
- Collaborate with automation vendors, site managers, and leadership to enhance system performance.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and ensure automation systems run at peak efficiency.
- Work with cutting-edge automation technologies, from WCS, PLC, SCADA to warehouse management systems.
**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Experience in Manual handling automation systems, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee automation service and maintenance contracts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
