This is a temporary part time 14 hours per week position until 28 December 2025 with the possibility of an extension at same or reduced hours.

The purpose of this position is to provide high level administrative support to the Executive Director and, where necessary, the directorate of that Executive Director.
This will involve the need to multi-task and manage competing priorities on a daily basis to ensure the effective operation of the office of the Executive Director. As the key interface for the Executive Director, this position will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service, information and advice. The Executive Assistant will work autonomously and part of a team, to proactively manage the workflow of the Executive Director and wherever possible anticipating the administration support required.
