- Location based in State Headquarters, Wollongong
**About the opportunity**
Join the Facilities Team in the role of Asset and Facilities Officer, working in a supportive, collaborative team environment. The role provides direct support coordinating and administering property services, scheduling, reporting and delivering timely and effective Facilities services, including procurement and Contract management.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in asset and facilities including program coordination, procurement and contract management
- Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Contribute to a cohesive and collaborative team environment and contribute to the development of initiatives to resolve issues and promote effect solutions
- Be able to analyse data, undertake research and provide timely reporting.
