If you're a maritime engineer with the vision to lead and grow a national team within a globally respected organisation, read on!Your ImpactAs a Principal Engineer and Market Lead, you will:Lead multidisciplinary maritime projects from concept to delivery, with hands-on involvement in design, modelling, and advisory workGrow our presence in the Ports, Terminals & Shipyards sector , with 30–40% of your time dedicated to business development and strategic client engagementPlay a key role in expanding into the Defence maritime market , a growing area of national significanceMentor and develop junior engineers while contributing to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharingRepresent the company at industry forums and client meetings ,
