**The Opportunity**
SCP has a great opportunity for an Office and Project Administrator to join our national administration team.
This role will be based in our Melbourne office working alongside our growing team of engineers and design professionals.
This dynamic role combines day-to-day office management functions with project support and general administration.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to active projects including assisting with project setup, preparation and formatting of project documentation.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and forecasting.
- Arranging social events for the Melbourne office.
- Front of house reception duties including answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining office supplies etc.
- Arranging travel bookings as required.
- Ensuring office equipment is serviced and maintained.
- Liaising with building management on matters including cleaning, maintenance and repairs for the Melbourne office.
- Compliance with Integrated Management System Procedures.
**Your Profile**
- 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Highly proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a can-do attitude.
- Take initiative and be able to work autonomously.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills and an engaging personality.
- Team player and flexible when workload requires.
- Be able to work to deadlines as required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
