**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Handling **inbound** calls from potential customers looking for health insurance solutions.
- Making **outbound** follow-up calls to customers who've shown interest - no cold calling!
- **Selling & retaining** - Help customers choose the right plan while ensuring they stay covered.
- Providing an **exceptional customer experience** by guiding them through their options with confidence and care.
- Meeting and exceeding **KPIs** across sales, retention, call efficiency, customer experience (NPS), and compliance.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Call centre experience is essential** - You've done this before and know how to handle high-energy sales and retention conversations.
Ideally with 6-12 months recent call centre experience within the last 2 years.
- A **sales mindset** - You thrive on hitting targets and closing deals while keeping customers happy.
- **Excellent communication skills** - You can confidently navigate conversations, build trust, and simplify complex information.
- **Resilience & adaptability** - You know how to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.
- **A team player** - This is a new team, and we need people who are ready to collaborate and help shape the culture.
**The Details**:
- **Training**: 3 weeks total - 2 weeks of in-office phone training to get you set up for success.
- **Assessment Centers**: March 13th-14th (Thurs/Fri) - 3-hour session in Clayton or the CBD, including a business presentation, role-play, and interview.
